The first time cleaning applies to office buildings that are transitioning from one cleaning crew to another. We will revive your complex in a series of visits according to the size of the space. This is the first step to get the premises up to visual standards before scheduling a monthly service.

Deep Cleaning

Deep Cleaning visits are always the hardest and most time consuming. We highly recommend starting with this restoration method if the office complex has never been maintained professionally. This is a more in depth service than the 1st-time cleaning and can be added every 3 to 6 months if necessary.

Monthly Cleaning

After the first-time cleaning or deep cleaning we will schedule your complex for routine upkeep services to preserve the new appearance. These sessions will be scheduled 1-7 days a week on a weekly basis.
