1st-Time Cleaning
The first time cleaning applies to apartment complexes that are transitioning from one cleaning crew to another. We will revive your complex in a series of visits according to the size of the space. This is the first step to get the premises up to visual standards before scheduling a monthly service.
Deep Cleaning
Deep Cleaning visits are always the hardest and most time consuming. We highly recommend starting with this restoration method if the complex has never been maintained professionally. This is a more in depth service than the 1st-time cleaning and may take a few weeks to execute before continuing with monthly service.
Monthly Cleaning
After the first-time cleaning or deep cleaning we will schedule your complex for routine upkeep services to preserve the new appearance. These sessions vary according to size and newer/older buildings. The visits will be scheduled 1-7 days a week on a weekly basis. Also you may have the option to request a porter.
